How to raise the Weeping Guanyin

How to raise the Weeping Guanyin

1. Soil

It likes relatively fertile soil, and well-ventilated and loose soil is more conducive to its growth. Generally, it is grown in sandy soil such as river sand containing rotten leaves, or a mixture of garden soil and special nutrient soil, which can help it grow better. You can change the pot once a year in spring, and when you do so you can loosen the soil to make it more breathable.

2. Lighting

It can be grown in a semi-shaded environment. You can usually place it in a place with good air circulation for cultivation. However, do not place it in a dark environment for a long time. It is better to accept scattered light but not be exposed to direct strong light.

3. Temperature

It likes relatively warm places. If you grow it indoors, you can maintain a temperature above 8 degrees. The temperature of 20-30 degrees is more conducive to its growth. If the temperature is relatively low, it will cause the color of its leaves to change, causing them to turn yellow and fall off.

4. Watering

The soil in the pot can be kept semi-moist, not too dry. The temperature is relatively high in summer, so you can water it more often, but don't water it too much, otherwise it will cause its roots to rot and it will not grow normally or even die.

5. Fertilization

Apply fertilizer to it in time so that it can grow better. Generally, fertilizer is applied to it during its vigorous growth period, in summer and autumn, mainly using fertilizers containing nitrogen and potassium elements diluted and then sprinkled to help it absorb better.
