How to grow lucky bamboo in half soil and half water

How to grow lucky bamboo in half soil and half water

1. Breeding techniques

1. Pruning: Trim off the excess leaves at the bottom of the plant and cut the base into a horseshoe shape.

2. Container: Find a suitable bottle for growing lucky bamboo, so it must be clean enough. Put some soil and some coarse sand in the bottle. Generally, you only need to put 4-5 plants in each bottle, and no more than 6 plants at most, otherwise the plants will be too dense, and if there is no ventilation, the leaves may turn yellow.

3. Pour water: Put the trimmed plant into the bottle, and then add water. You can use purified water. Don’t add too much water, just half the height of the container will be enough.

2. Maintenance methods

1. Sunlight: This method does not have strict requirements for sunlight, as long as the maintenance environment is not too dark. The most suitable environment for its growth is bright sunlight and good ventilation.

2. Moisturizing: A certain high humidity is also very important. We need to use a spray bottle to spray water on the leaves in the morning and evening to increase the humidity.
