How much water to add to one spoon of Huaduoduo (Huaduoduo No. 1 water-to-water ratio)

Recently, I have met many friends who asked me why the rose buds cannot open and the small buds have fallen off. What is going on? Looking at the withered buds in the picture below, I feel really sad.

The most common reason for rose buds to fail to open, turn yellow and wither is lack of fertilizer. Maybe you are confused like this flower lover, why is there lack of fertilizer? I use Huaduoduo fertilizer and topdressing every week.

Now, Lan Yao will talk about the key point: the correct way to use Hua Duoduo .

If you use it incorrectly, you may run into the same problem as the flower lover above. Not only that, there is also a great risk of fertilizer damage.

The correct use of Huaduoduo fertilizer

How to use Huaduoduo? Dilute it 1000 times with water, pour it into the potting soil, or spray it on the leaves. It's that simple ! Yes, you are right, it is that simple, but simplicity cannot ignore details.

The Huaduoduo fertilizer that our flower lovers buy is all packaged, and the merchant usually gives away a 1G small spoon. Yes, that's right, it is a 1g small spoon. However, the problem often arises with this spoon.

If one spoonful is 1g, then one spoonful mixed with 1L of water is diluted 1000 times. As mentioned above, this flower lover uses Huaduoduo every week.

However, the roses were seriously lacking in fertilizer. The root cause was that not enough long-lasting organic fertilizers were used, and the dilution ratio of Huaduoduo was also calculated incorrectly.

1g of fertilizer plus 10L of water, the dilution ratio is 10,000 times. For roses, this "fertilizer basket" is definitely not enough.

I believe many flower lovers will have this idea, "I am afraid of fertilizer damage. Every time I apply fertilizer, the leaves turn yellow. I don't know how much to apply, and I dare not use quick-acting fertilizer."

If you are someone who dares not use quick-acting fertilizers, then Lan Yao recommends that you read the following content carefully and then start using quick-acting fertilizers again.

Why does fertilizer harm flowers when used too much?

If you use too much fertilizer, the flowers will be harmed. The main problem lies in the dilution concentration.

As Lan Yao said before, we usually choose to use a 1-gram spoon to measure the amount of fertilizer for Huaduoduo. The root cause of fertilizer damage as soon as fertilizer is applied lies in this detail.

A 1-gram spoon, when measuring water, weighs 1 gram and has a volume of 1 ml . However, when measuring Hua Duoduo, a 1-gram spoon, one flat spoon, contains 2 grams of Hua Duoduo. Therefore, if one spoon of Hua Duoduo is added to 1L of water , the actual concentration of the fertilizer water is 500 times.

The normal usage concentration of Huaduoduo is 500-1000 times. This concentration will not cause fertilizer damage when used on crops and sturdy potted plants.

But, pay attention, here it comes again, the growth condition of potted plants of many of our flower lovers is not very healthy.

There is a direct relationship between the strength of seedlings and their fertilizer tolerance. Weak seedlings have poor fertilizer tolerance, while strong seedlings have good fertilizer tolerance.

So, if you use the same 1 gram spoon and add 1 liter of water, some flower lovers' seedlings grow well, but some flower lovers suffer from fertilizer damage as soon as they apply fertilizer. The problem lies here. You think you have prepared a 1000-fold concentration, but in fact it is 500 times the concentration.
