It is distributed in the central subtropical and northern regions of my country. Due to the high economic value of this species, there are many purchasing departments and many people cut it down, resulting in its number and planting range shrinking, and adult trees are becoming increasingly scarce.

Where red beans grow

Red beans mainly grow beside rivers, on hillsides, and in valley forests, at an altitude of 200-800 meters, and rarely as high as 1,350 meters. The main producing areas of red beans are Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan in my country. In addition, red beans are also grown in Congo and Uganda in America and Africa.
