Watering

Normally, watering should be done after the soil is dry, and water thoroughly at one time. The water temperature should not be too cold. In addition, when the flower buds differentiate in June and July, watering should be done after the leaves of the plum blossoms curl up, so that the plum blossoms can bloom better.

Light and temperature

Plum blossoms like light, so when growing them in pots, you must ensure that they receive sufficient light . Except for the summer when they need to be properly shaded, it is best to keep them in full sunlight in other seasons. Plum blossoms do not require high temperatures, so they can generally be placed outdoors. If you move them to a place with a higher temperature in winter, their flowers will tend to wither early.
