How to care for Amaranthus

1. Lighting

When caring for Amaranth, you should give it plenty of light and it likes a warm growing environment. Do not keep it in a cool, sunless place for a long time. Plenty of sunlight is good for its growth.

2. Temperature

It is best to give it a growing environment of 20-25℃. The temperature in winter should not be too low, and the minimum temperature should not be lower than 10℃. If the temperature is too low, it will easily get frostbite.

3. Watering

Amaranth likes a humid environment and the soil should always be kept slightly moist. During its growth period, ensure that it has sufficient moisture and you can spray it with water more often.

4. Fertilization

Do not fertilize too frequently; once a month is sufficient during the growth stage. It should be given more phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. Do not apply fertilizers with too high concentration to avoid fertilizer damage.
