How to care for Kraft succulents to turn red and bloom

Red succulents are very popular because many of them are red all over when in good condition, warm and beautiful. Kraft succulent is one of them.

Its leaves are not so thin, and are even a bit thick, bulgy and fat. There is also a saying that Clave is divided into thick-leaved and thin-leaved plants. The same as Fire Festival is that it is a succulent plant of the genus Crassulaceae in the Crassulaceae family, and both are native to South Africa.

Kraft succulent farming

Pruning : When you start growing Kraft succulents, you need to prune the roots. For some bad capillary roots, just cut them off so that new capillary roots will grow faster. Remember to keep the taproot, otherwise the recovery speed of Kraft will become very slow.

Soil preparation : Soil is also very important. You can use peat soil, coconut coir, medical stone, and add a small amount of slow-release granular fertilizer.

Watering : Watering is also very important. The soil in the pot cannot be dry for a long time, otherwise the capillary roots will dry up and die due to lack of water. When the soil in the pot is almost dry, water it slowly with small amounts of water until it is thoroughly watered.

Kraft Maintenance Precautions

After the Kraft plant has been rooted and repotted, it can be placed in direct sunlight for outdoor maintenance after a few days of acclimatization, except in the hot summer and cold winter. It is a light-loving plant, and if you want it to color quickly, you need sufficient light. In addition, it needs proper shade in the hot summer to prevent the leaves from being sunburned.

Usually, it is placed in a place with sufficient diffuse light and ventilation in summer, and it is best to expose it to the sun at other times. The more light it gets, the more beautiful the color will be. If you want more branches and vigorous growth, you need sufficient nutrients so that the leaves will be fuller. You can apply some slow-release fertilizer appropriately.
