Okra belongs to the Malvaceae family. It is an annual plant. Its general scientific name is Okra. Its producing areas include Hunan, Guangdong, Hubei and other regions.

What does okra look like

How to cook okra

1. Okra with garlic sauce

First wash the okra and remove the stems. Then heat oil and add salt. Put the okra in and blanch it for two minutes, then take it out. Then add more oil and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
