What soil is suitable for planting redwood fragrance

Redwood incense soil

Rosewood likes to live in a slightly acidic soil environment and is suitable for planting in garden soil mixed with humus or silt soil. If garden soil is used, some slag and gravel can be added to enhance the soil's hydrophobicity, which is beneficial to the breathing of the rosewood roots. Sandy soil can be used when transplanting to avoid damage to the roots, and it can also be very hydrophobic and breathable.

During the planting process of rosewood, ordinary soil can be used. Rosewood is not very picky about the soil. Nutrient soil can also be used. The latter contains more trace elements and is more conducive to the growth of the plant.

Method of mixing soil with red wood fragrance

1. Nutrient soil

When preparing the nutrient soil for rosewood, be sure to add humus as base fertilizer on the basis of the base soil. Humus nutrients are mild and non-irritating, and are suitable for the growth of rosewood.

2. Planting of mahogany

When planting mahogany, try to avoid using too much fertilizer in the early stages. Excessive soil concentration will cause water backflow, causing the plant to lose water and die.

Changing the soil for mahogany potted plants

1. First, add soil to the new pot: add a sandy soil layer with large particles, good hydrophobicity and air permeability to the flower pot.

2. Cover the plant with a layer of soil after planting: After planting the mahogany, cover it with sandy soil again. At this time, you can add some humus and then water it.
