Vanilla is native to West Asia and India. It is suitable for growing in soil with good drainage, strong air permeability and relatively fertile. It is produced in southeastern Yunnan, southwestern Guizhou and southwestern Guangxi.

Herb growth cycle

Some herbs are annual, some are perennial. Thyme, for example, does not have high requirements for soil and its growth cycle is from July to August.

Fertilization management : Vanilla that uses its leaves needs to be applied with fertilizers with a higher nitrogen content; vanilla that uses its flowers needs to be applied with phosphorus fertilizers; and vanilla that uses its roots should be applied with more potassium fertilizers.
