What are the cultivation methods and precautions of Jade Leaf?

Introduction to Jinzhiyuye

Jade leaf is also called purslane tree, which belongs to the purslane family. Its new branches will turn purple-red under light. When propagating, cutting propagation is usually used, and relatively strong branches need to be used as cuttings, so that it grows faster.

How to cultivate Jade Leaf

Jade Plant prefers a warm and dry growing environment. It needs sufficient sunlight when caring for it, but needs to avoid the high temperature environment in summer. It is not very resistant to waterlogging, so it needs to be watered in moderation and there should also be a good ventilation environment at ordinary times.

Watering method

Jade Plant is relatively drought-resistant, so water it in moderation and avoid water accumulation. It needs to be watered every 4 days in spring and summer, and every 5 days in autumn and winter.

Fertilization method

During the growing season, Jade Plant needs to be fertilized once every two weeks. Generally, a thin fertilizer solution mainly composed of nitrogen fertilizer is applied. Do not apply concentrated fertilizer, otherwise it will cause fertilizer damage.

Pruning methods

Jade Plant needs to be pruned regularly. Some dead branches and rotten leaves should be cut off, and thin and weak branches should be cut off in time when they are found.

Precautions for Jade Leaf Cultivation

When caring for the Jade Plant, you need to pay attention to ensuring a good ventilation environment and avoiding a stuffy growing environment, otherwise pests and diseases will occur. In addition, there must be sufficient sunlight during the maintenance period, otherwise it will affect its growth.
