How to grow moss

Moss growth conditions

Moss cannot grow in places with poor light. Its growth environment requires a certain amount of scattered light. It likes a humid environment and is especially intolerant to drought and dryness. The temperature cannot be lower than 22°C, and it is best kept above 25°C to grow well.

How to grow moss

To grow moss, soak the bonsai rocks in water for a few days, then sprinkle sweet potato or potato flour evenly on the rocks or soil, then cover them with wet weeds, place them in the right place, spray water every day, and moss will grow in about a week.

Moss watering

Moss needs sufficient humidity to grow well. Choose a smaller spray bottle to spray water on it. Be careful not to splash on other plants. If the environment is dry, spray water 2-3 times a day. If it is relatively humid, spray once a day. It is dry in winter, so pay attention to keeping warm and moisturizing to prevent the plants from withering.

Moss Fertilization

Moss generally does not require fertilization. If you need to fertilize, the fertilizer should not be too concentrated, otherwise it will easily burn the plant. Also, do not use rice water or other things as fertilizer.
