Can I cut off the green radish if it is too long?

Can I cut off the green radish if it is too long?

1. Can I cut it directly?

When it grows too long, you can cut it directly, which will not have much impact on the plant. Even heavy pruning will recover quickly. Because it grows relatively fast, new branches can grow quickly after being cut. Timely pruning can promote the sprouting of new branches and maintain a good shape without causing excessive growth.

2. Pruning methods

There are two types of Pothos, one with brown columns and one without. When pruning, you can do it differently according to different situations. If you have palm columns, you can use the half-and-half method, cutting off about 40 cm directly from the stem. After cutting it off, wait for new ones to grow, and then trim it to half the length. If there is no palm column, you can use the pruning method. Wait until the plant grows to about 20 cm and cut off the growing branches.

3. The use of branches

Don't rush to throw away the cut branches. You can take some measures to get new plants. You can put the branches into moist sand first, wait until it grows roots, then rinse the sand and put it in water for cultivation. New plants can be obtained by this method.
