Things to note after transplanting green radish

Things to note after transplanting green radish

1. Soil culture

After transplanting, the plants have a growth period and they need to be provided with a suitable maintenance environment. Pothos grows best at room temperature of around 20 to 30 degrees. In winter, the temperature should not be lower than 10 degrees to avoid yellowing and falling leaves. This plant is relatively shade-tolerant and suitable for indoor maintenance, but it needs sufficient nutrients to ensure growth right after transplantation, so it is best placed near a window or balcony with sufficient light to receive appropriate scattered light. It can also be placed in a bright place in the living room. If it is transplanted in summer, pay attention to shade at noon to avoid water loss and burns.

After soil cultivation, you should be more careful when watering to avoid water accumulation, but you should make sure the soil is moist. If the soil in the pot is very dry, the leaves of the green radish will turn yellow and lose its ornamental value.

2. Hydroponics

If you grow the plant in water after transplanting, you should be careful not to put the leaves into the water during maintenance. Over time, the leaves will rot in the water, bringing in bacteria and polluting the water quality. This will not only produce a bad smell but also cause root rot and other problems.

In the early stage of hydroponic green radish after transplantation, the water should be changed every two or three days. If tap water is to be used, it is best to air it before use. After the growth is more stable in the later stage, the water can be changed once a week to ten days.
