How to plant tiger skin orchid

1. Choose the soil

Choose sandy soil with sufficient nutrients and good drainage. You can prepare the soil yourself by mixing leaf mold, garden soil and sand. When preparing the soil, you can add an appropriate amount of base fertilizer to provide sufficient nutrients for its growth.

2. Choose a flower pot

Tiger Piran needs a flower pot with good air permeability and drainage, so using a ceramic pot would be more suitable for its growth.

3. Planting method

Cut its leaves into small pieces about 10 cm long, place them in a cool place to dry for a few days, then insert them into the river sand or perlite prepared in advance, at a depth of about 3 or 4 cm, and they will take root in about a month. After new buds grow at the bottom, you can transplant it into a pot.

4. Maintenance after planting

Sansevieria should usually be kept in a cool place and must not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time. The best ambient temperature is between 20 and 30℃. It should be kept indoors in winter. Watering should be done in moderation, preferably in the morning or evening.
