How to grow dragon fruit seeds in small pots

1. Flower Pot

When planting potted dragon fruit, you need to choose a suitable flowerpot with ventilation holes at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of excess water. It is recommended to use a ceramic basin with a diameter of more than 35 cm.

2. Soil

Dragon fruit does not like soil with heavy alkalinity. When planting, you can buy some prepared nutrient soil on the market. It should have good air permeability to help it absorb oxygen better. After preparation, put it into the flowerpot and spray it with water appropriately.

3. Seeds

Select a dragon fruit that is well mature, completely separate the pulp and seeds, and air-dry or blow-dry the seeds.

4. Sowing

Once the seeds are completely dry, they can be planted. When planting, use the broadcasting method, sprinkle it on the soil surface, and spray water several times after broadcasting to make the seeds and soil fully moist. Then wrap the flowerpot with plastic wrap, open it and spray water once a day. After about a week, it will sprout and survive, and soon it will become a small green pot.
