Pinch off a branch and wrap it with paper. Big white roots will emerge in 7 days. Even a 3-year-old child can plant it!

Wrap some toilet paper on the branches and big white roots will grow immediately!

When doing normal cuttings, many flower lovers complain that the plants do not take root or that they take root too slowly. So today Huahua will teach you how to use toilet paper for cuttings, the rooting rate is really high!

How to do it?

1. Take bougainvillea as an example. Choose sturdy bougainvillea branches, cut the lower end at a 45° angle, and then soak them in rooting water for about 20 minutes for later use.

2. Prepare a few clean paper towels, spray them with the rooting water used to soak the branches, and then wrap the bougainvillea branches with the wet paper towels. When wrapping with paper towels, remember to leave the leaves exposed, otherwise they will easily rot.

3. Find a fresh-keeping box or storage box, put the bougainvillea branches wrapped in toilet paper in the box, and then cover it with the lid to seal it. Now that the weather is hot, you can open the lid at noon to let in some air.

4. When you feel that the paper towel is almost dry, spray it with water once. If you find that the paper towel turns yellow, replace it with a new one. It only takes about 20-30 days for small white roots to emerge from the bougainvillea branches wrapped in wet paper towels.

5. After rooting, repot the bougainvillea branches. Prepare loose and breathable nutrient soil and plant the rooted bougainvillea in a pot. When potting, you don't need to take off the paper towel, just bury it directly in the soil. Wrapping the roots with paper towels can also prevent direct contact between the soil and the roots, thereby reducing damage to the roots and greatly increasing the survival rate!

Wrap toilet paper on the branches and the survival rate will be 100%!

Many flower lovers feel that they are clumsy and no matter how they propagate their flowers, their cuttings just won’t survive! What to do? Why not try using paper towels to layer flowers from high altitude? Flower lovers who have always failed in propagation will definitely have a 100% chance of survival if they use this method!

How to do it?

1. Ring the branches that you want to layer at home, leaving a circular incision of about 1-2 cm.

2. Find a cotton swab, dip it in some rooting water, and apply it on the incision. If you want it to take root faster, apply more.

3. Find a clean paper towel, fold it a few times, wrap it around the cut of the layering strip, and then spray the paper towel with rooting water. To prevent the paper towel from evaporating too quickly, you can wrap a layer of plastic wrap around the paper towel and finally secure it with a thin rope. Remember not to tie the bottom too tightly, otherwise the roots will not come out easily.

4. If you want the layered plants to take root faster, you can create a dark environment for them. Wrap the plastic wrap with several layers of newspaper, or find a black plastic bag to wrap it. It only takes about 1 month for it to take root!

5. Transplant the rooted layering directly into the flowerpot and continue to maintain it, and it will become a new plant!

Throw the seeds into a paper towel, and small white sprouts will appear in 3 days!

Autumn is here, and it is time for everyone to sow seeds. If you want to increase the survival rate of seeds, why not try using paper towels to germinate them?

How to do it?

1. Prepare a paper towel and spray some water on it to make it wet.

2. Place the seeds that need to be germinated in a paper towel, then fold the paper towel and put it in a plastic bag or a plastic bag. If you want to speed up the germination of seeds, you can place a plastic bag on the router.

3. It only takes about 3-5 days for the seeds to sprout. Then transfer it to loose and breathable nutrient soil for continued planting, and it will soon grow out of the pot!

Use non-woven fabric to pad the bottom of the pot, and the flower pot will no longer leak soil!

Every time I repot the flowers, soil always leaks out of the drainage holes. What should I do? Why not try putting non-woven fabric under the pelvic floor? Place non-woven fabric on the drainage hole of the flower pot so that the soil will not leak when you change the pot!

<<:  These 10 kinds of flowers haven’t been watered for two months, but they are growing faster and faster!
