How to grow lucky bamboo after it takes root

1. Lighting

When the lucky bamboo branches you bought have taken root after being placed in water for a period of time, you can then switch to normal maintenance. It needs to be placed in a bright, diffused light location, away from direct sunlight.

2. Temperature

Ensure that the growth environment and temperature can meet the growth needs of lucky bamboo, between 10-25℃, it will grow relatively quickly.

3. Cleaning

After the lucky bamboo starts to take root, do not frequently take it out of the water container to clean it, so as not to damage the root system.

4. Change water

After the lucky bamboo has taken root, you can extend the frequency of water changes, and go from changing all the water to changing part of the water. This way, the environment for root growth will be more stable and the root system will grow better.

5. Nutrients

After lucky bamboo grows new roots, it will be able to obtain nutrients from the water. After the roots grow more mature, you can add some slow-release fertilizers to the water to allow it to absorb more nutrients and grow more luxuriantly.
