How to fertilize peach blossoms

How to fertilize peach blossoms

1. Its need for fertilizer

Its demand for fertilizer is relatively large. Moreover, different types need to be used at different times. Correctly and scientifically fertilizing it can promote its health and vigorous growth.

2. Specific methods

(1) First, let me introduce some base fertilizers. Basal fertilizer needs to be applied in early spring, when the soil just begins to thaw, and in early autumn. Mix organic flower fertilizer with fertilizer containing the three elements of N, P and K and apply them as a base.

(2) Then there is the use of chemical fertilizers. This aspect mainly focuses on three periods, namely the plant's budding period (usually just after entering March), the hard core period (approximately mid-May) and the fruit expansion period.

(3) In addition, if leaf fall was severe in the previous year or the plant load was particularly heavy, topdressing would be necessary outside the roots. The main application is generally urea and the like.

(4) In another case, if many leaves of the previous year have turned white, or many branches have dried up, some (CuSO4) solution can be used to remedy the situation. However, if the organic fertilizer used is animal manure, then this solution can be omitted.

3. Notes

(1) The time for fertilization varies for different varieties. Therefore, the time for top dressing for early-maturing plants should also be earlier; and for late-maturing plants, it should naturally be later.

(2) Like many other plants, the amount of fertilizer should not be too much, which can be determined by the size of the plant.
