1. Don’t throw away fish intestines, fish scales, etc.

After you bring the fish home, don't throw away the fish head, scales, intestines, etc., and keep the water used to wash the fish.

2. Cook the fish intestines, fish scales, etc.

Put fish intestines, fish heads, fish bones, etc. into the pot, cook over high heat until cooked through, then let stand to cool.
