How to fertilize bitter water rose

How to fertilize bitter water rose

When first planted

When we just start planting, we need to lay a good foundation and add some basic fertilizer to the soil first. You can use bone meal or decomposed fertilizer, and keep the ratio between it and the soil between 1:4-1:5. This will ensure that they will not lack nutrients at the very beginning. But you can't mix too much fertilizer. The more fertilizer you add, the better they will grow. Too much fertilizer will cause fertilizer damage and make them grow poorly, so the quality is all that matters.

Growth period

When the growth is better, you can apply fertilizer once every half a month. This process is very critical. It is not enough to just put the fertilizer in place. Watering and weeding are also required during this period. Only by watering them in time can the combination of fertilizer and water be better, and they can absorb nutrients just right. In addition, proper weeding and loosening of the soil can also make the flowers grow better. The fertilizer should be as thin as possible and not too concentrated, otherwise it will burn the roots, causing the plant to grow poorly or even die. Fertilizer can be sprinkled only on the soil surface without digging holes. Digging holes in summer can easily damage the roots, so you should pay attention to this.

During sleep

In winter, the plants will enter dormancy, so do not apply fertilizer directly, but you can bury fertilizer in the soil. You can dig a 20-40cm pit 20-30cm away from the base. Some flower lovers may worry about root breakage, but it doesn’t matter if the roots are slightly broken, so there is no need to worry. Put the prepared fertilizer in the pit. The fertilization position cannot be fixed in one place, but should be even. However, there is no need for top dressing.

Well, I didn’t expect there are so many ways to say fertilization. Don’t get it wrong.
