How to breed a scented plant

Reproduction method

For them, the reproduction method is relatively simple, unlike other plants that have multiple ways. The main method used is cutting. I believe that friends who have experience in cultivating plants must be familiar with this method, right? It is also called cuttings, cuttings, etc. It is a method of reproduction using the plant's life-sustaining organs (such as roots, stems, leaves, etc.). For the plant we are talking about, leaf cuttings can also be performed. Below we introduce the main methods of cuttings.

Specific methods

The first step is to select a relatively sturdy plant and then behead it. However, please note that you cannot proceed to the next step directly at this time, but have to wait for the wound to dry. Don't be impatient. It's okay to wait a little longer, even a week or two, but you must ensure that the incision is dry. This can increase the success rate of cuttings.

The second step is that the medium required for planting needs to be in a moist state, instead of watering after planting as we usually do. Before formally grafting, we must first prepare the soil. We can use a spray bottle to water the soil, and then stir it slowly while spraying. In this way, the moisture level of the potting soil will be easier to control.

The third step is cutting. We should bury it as deep as possible so that it will be more conducive to growing roots faster.

The fourth step is to wait patiently for it to take root, and do not pay taxes during this period. Generally speaking, the roots will grow well in about 20 days. At this time, you can start watering it. In addition, sunlight is also indispensable, so remember that.
