How to water aster

Watering method

Watering according to the environment

Aster is a plant that particularly likes warm and humid environment. They are very afraid of dryness. Once they are dehydrated for a long time, the probability of dying from lack of water is very high. Therefore, when growing asters, you must ensure that there is enough water. Especially for chrysanthemums in the growth period, the requirements for humidity are particularly strict, so you must use plenty of water during this period to prevent the soil from being too dry.

Watering according to soil conditions

This plant is actually not very picky about the soil. It can grow well if the soil used for cultivation is combined with scientific management. However, it is still recommended to use soil that has been used to bury fallen leaves. This type of soil generally contains more nutrients and has better drainage properties.

However, you cannot blindly pursue more water. You must also control the amount of water each time. If the soil is too moist or even waterlogged, it can easily cause the chrysanthemum to become diseased. It is worth noting that if your plant is about to bloom, you should also reduce the frequency and amount of watering appropriately during the formal stage of forming flower buds to avoid the main branches of the plant growing too fast.

Kind tips

As mentioned in the previous article, aster prefers a warm growing environment, so this plant is not cold-resistant and needs to be protected from temperatures that are too high or too low. Keep its growth environment at the most comfortable temperature for our human body, which is 26 degrees Celsius. Like other plants, asters also like sunlight. The longer the sunlight, the healthier the plant will be.
