Clivia rose...throw it into water and it grows wildly!

Clivia

1. The Clivia is not growing well and its roots are frequently rotten? Why not throw it into the water?

Take the Clivia out of the pot and clean the soil around the roots.

2. Cut off the entire root system, but be sure to retain the bulb to facilitate root induction later.

3. Soak the roots in potassium permanganate solution for half an hour and place them in a cool and ventilated place to dry.

4. Place the Clivia in the hydroponic bottle, with the roots slightly immersed in the water. If the Clivia plant is too small, you can also use foam, paper towels, etc. to fix it.

4. Clivia will slowly grow roots. After the roots grow, you need to lower the water level to expose part of the roots above the water.

5. The biggest advantage of hydroponic Clivia is that its roots are not easy to rot. As long as good ventilation and clean water are ensured, Clivia will grow well. If you drip a thin layer of organic liquid fertilizer on it once every half a month, it can fully meet the nutritional needs of Clivia's growth.

Rose

1. Roses are always prone to diseases and pests, and are listless, with yellow leaves and wilting? Why not throw it into the water?

Select a rose branch, preferably one after it has bloomed. After cutting off the flowers, the cells on the remaining branch will be very active.

2. Cut the bottom of the branch at a 45-degree angle.

3. Just put the branches in the water. At this time, the branches will grow roots in about half a month.

4. After the branches grow roots, do not move them into the soil, but replace them with clean water and continue to maintain them in water. Place it in a sunny place, and then add nutrient solution into it after the rose grows new leaves.

5. Use a thin organic liquid fertilizer once every half a month. Do not immerse the roots completely in the soil. Leave some roots above the water to breathe. Hydroponic roses are clean and not prone to diseases and pests.

If the rose plant is too large to be fixed, you can use some sphagnum moss in the planting basket as shown below.

Succulent

1. I can never take good care of succulent plants. Their roots turn black and rot as soon as summer comes? Might as well throw it into the water.

Take the succulent out of the pot.

2. Flick off the soil at the roots and clean the root system.

3. Repair the root system, remove the thick roots and bad roots, and soak them in a carbendazim solution for disinfection.

4. Find a hydroponic bottle and immerse the roots of the succulents shallowly in water, leaving some roots above the water surface. Feed it with a thin nutrient solution once a month.

5. The biggest advantage of hydroponic succulents is that they are clean, not easily attracted by insects, and not easily infected by bacteria and turned black and rotten by water.

Gardenia

1. Gardenia always has yellow leaves and is sick and wilted and hard to grow? Why not throw it into the water?

Cut off the gardenia branches and wash them clean.

2. Soak them in potassium permanganate solution for disinfection.

3. Insert the gardenia into the hydroponic bottle and it will take root in about half a month.

4. After it takes root, continue to keep it in the hydroponic bottle. After new leaves grow, apply a thin liquid fertilizer every half a month.

Hydroponically growing gardenia can avoid yellowing leaves caused by lack of water. In addition, using purified water for hydroponics can also avoid alkaline yellowing of leaves caused by hard water.
