How to grow flowers with crystal flower mud

How to grow flowers with crystal flower mud

Flower cultivation method

Crystal mud can store water and trace elements, and can provide nutrients and water for plants.

First soak the crystal mud in clean water. Generally, it will take about 8 hours to add water and continue soaking. You can add a little nutrient solution during the soaking process. After soaking, take it out and drain it.

Remove the flowers from their original pots, remove the soil, rinse the roots with water, and then trim off rotten roots. After pruning, you can soak it for disinfection using potassium permanganate solution.

After soaking and draining the water, you can transplant it into a new flowerpot and put crystal mud in the pot. Note that you can put the plant in first to allow the roots to fully stretch out, and then fill in the crystal mud. Gently shake the flowerpot to allow the plant to come into close contact with the crystal mud. Don't plant the roots too deep and make sure they are well ventilated.

Precautions

First of all, when using crystal mud to grow flowers, do not press the crystal mud hard, just fill it naturally.

Secondly, if it is a cutting, you can directly cut the branches into the flowerpot and water it with a small amount.

Note that it is generally not necessary to water it. You can add a small amount of nutrient solution or spray the plant directly. If you find that the surface of the crystal mud is too dry or dirty, you can take the crystal mud out of the flowerpot, soak it in clean water and wash it clean. After draining out the water, it will become clean again.
