Efficacy and function

3. The flowers can be cut into juice to remove freckles. It can be said to be a very useful herb. Fresh dandelions should be selected with clean leaves and a slight fragrance, while dried dandelions should be selected with gray-green leaves. No impurities, dry.

4. It is mild in nature, sweet and slightly bitter in taste. It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, reducing swelling and dispersing nodules, and promoting lactation. Cold

Blanch the washed dandelions in boiling water for one minute, drain and rinse with cold water. It can be served with chili oil, MSG, salt, sesame oil, vinegar, mashed garlic, etc., or it can be mixed into side dishes with different flavors according to your taste.

Make the filling

Wash the tender stems and leaves of dandelions, blanch them in water, squeeze and chop them, add seasonings to make stuffing (you can also add meat) for dumplings or buns.
