Cultivation methods and precautions of golden chrysanthemum

Cultivation methods and precautions of golden chrysanthemum

1. Maintenance methods

1. Substrate: Conejaculate is suitable for growing in soft, fertile soil with good drainage. It is best if it contains high humus. Sandy soil is more conducive to the growth of Conejaculate.

2. Light: It likes warm semi-shady environment, grows in spring and autumn, and likes places with bright light. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, otherwise the light will be too strong and burn the leaves.

3. Temperature: The most suitable temperature is between 3℃ and 15℃, and it can even tolerate short-term low temperatures of 0℃. Don't keep the temperature too high. When the temperature exceeds 25℃ in summer, it is not conducive to the growth of the plants.

4. Water: Chrysanthemum likes a dry environment, can tolerate drought, and is afraid of waterlogging. During the growing season, water the plants when it is dry and water them thoroughly. In summer, you must control the amount and frequency of watering to facilitate plant growth.

2. Breeding techniques

1. Cuttings: There are no strict requirements on the length of the cuttings used for cuttings, but they must have 3-5 nodes. Cut off the lower leaves and plant in sand or vermiculite. Keep it moist and avoid waterlogging to make it easier for the plant to take root and survive.

2. Wintering: In winter, the minimum indoor temperature is around 10℃, so you can water the plants normally. If the temperature is not suitable for the golden chrysanthemum, you should water it less to allow it to enter a dormant state, which will help it survive the winter.

3. Problem diagnosis and treatment

1. Root rot: It likes dry and arid environment. Do not water it too much, otherwise the roots will rot. If symptoms of root rot appear, you need to know how to repot and prune the roots.

2. Burning leaves: Because the plant likes a warm semi-shady environment, it should be placed in a bright place. Be sure to avoid direct sunlight of high temperature, otherwise it will burn the leaves and is not conducive to the growth and development of the plant.

IV. Other issues

1. Can it be raised at home: Yes, it can be raised at home. It requires a dry and arid environment. Do not water it too much in winter. It will enter a dormant state to survive the winter.

2. Is it poisonous? It is not poisonous. It can be made into a potted plant and placed at home, or planted in the garden. Its biggest function is to be appreciated by people!
