Cultivation methods and precautions of French perfume jasmine

Cultivation methods and precautions of French perfume jasmine

1. Watering

French jasmine likes moist soil and needs to be watered properly during maintenance. It should be done according to the humidity of the soil. Generally, it can be watered after the soil is dry, which can prevent water accumulation and root rot. Except for winter, the soil needs to be kept moist in the other three seasons. The low temperature in winter can keep the soil dry.

2. Temperature

Whether the temperature of the growing environment is suitable is also very important. It is best to control it at around 23℃, which is more suitable for its growth. In winter, it needs to be brought indoors, and the minimum temperature must not be lower than 10℃. In summer, when the temperature exceeds 30℃, it should be cooled down.

3. Sunlight

It is a plant that likes sunlight and should be placed in a sunny place to allow it to be exposed to more sunlight. Except for summer, the other three seasons can have sufficient sunlight. In summer, appropriate shade is needed, especially at noon, when shade measures should be taken.

4. Fertilization

If you want it to grow better, you need to apply fertilizer during the growth process. Generally, you need to apply fertilizer once every 20 days, and you can apply a thinner liquid fertilizer. When it is about to bloom, apply some phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to it, which will be more helpful for it to bloom. However, do not apply unrotted fertilizer.
