Cultivation method of silver wax

1. Soil

Silver wax tree has strong adaptability to soil and can grow in acid, alkaline and neutral soils. It does not grow well in poorly drained soil.

2. Temperature

It also has a strong ability to adapt to temperature and has a high tolerance to extreme temperatures such as scorching heat and severe cold. 25℃ is the most suitable temperature for its growth. During maintenance, the temperature should be kept at around 25℃ as much as possible.

3. Fertilization

Attention should be paid to timely fertilization during the growth period. You can cover it with a layer of cooked and rotten branches and fallen leaves, or you can apply manure or humus soil. After the growing period, it has the ability to adapt to poor soil and the application of fertilizer can be appropriately reduced.

4. Watering

It is a moisture-loving plant and it is best to keep the surrounding air moist. When watering, the amount of water sprayed should be controlled to prevent root rot.

5. Lighting

It has strong adaptability to both strong light and shade. However, it can only show bright colors and luster in an environment with long-term non-strong light exposure every day.

Attention should be paid to pest control. You can spray pesticides regularly in spring and autumn or take isolation measures to protect the plants.
