How to grow tree ice and what to pay attention to

How to grow tree ice and what to pay attention to

1. Maintenance methods

1. Soil: Juhyo likes to grow in soft, breathable, well-drained soil with sufficient nutrients. You can also add finer river sand to the soil, or prepare the soil yourself using garden soil, fine sand, wood ash, and vermiculite.

2. Water: You don’t need to water too much. Water it about once every 10-15 days, and it’s best to water it thoroughly. During the peak growth period, you can water it twice more, but the amount of water should not be too much. There should not be too much water accumulation in the pot. Too much water will cause the roots of the tree to become moist and rot, which will affect its growth.

3. Temperature: It is important to adjust the temperature in time during maintenance, and try to adjust it to around 18-25℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will go into hibernation.

4. Light: Give the tree ice plenty of sunlight so that it can fully absorb light and appear plump and juicy in appearance. However, it cannot be exposed to too strong light, as it will burn the tree frost.

2. Breeding techniques

1. Pruning and repotting: After growing the plant for a period of time, you need to change its pot. When changing the pot, you need to trim the excess roots so that it can better absorb nutrients.

2. Reproduction: The propagation of tree ice is through leaf cuttings, that is, choose leaves with full juice, and then insert them obliquely into the soil. In about a week, you can see new buds growing.

3. Problem diagnosis and treatment

1. Leaves wilt: The light should not be too strong. Too strong exposure will burn the tree ice and the leaves will wilt. When raising it, be sure to place it in a place where the light is not too strong. The balcony at home is the best place.

2. Root rot: Excessive watering and water accumulation in the pot will make the roots become moist and rot, causing root rot, so its roots should not be soaked in water.

IV. Other issues

1. How to spend the winter: Move the tree frost indoors when winter comes. Too low temperature will cause frostbite on the tree frost. The temperature should not be lower than 5℃ and it needs to be carefully cared for. Control the water appropriately and don't water it too much, just spray some water.

2. Can it be placed indoors: It can be cultivated indoors. The elegant and lovely green color placed indoors can make you feel particularly happy.
