The breeding methods and precautions of King Kong

The breeding methods and precautions of King Kong

1. Maintenance methods

1. Soil: The goldenrod will grow well in loose and permeable soil. When preparing the soil, you can mix river mud, garden soil, and a small amount of coal slag, so that the soil will be more breathable.

2. Light: It likes a growing environment with light and usually needs sufficient light. If it is in summer, it should be kept in a place with relatively weak light. It does not like to be exposed to the scorching sun, which will be more conducive to its growth.

3. Temperature: It will grow better in an environment of 22-28℃. It does not have strong cold resistance, so when the temperature is below 15℃, it should be moved indoors for maintenance in time.

4. Water: It is relatively drought-resistant, so it does not require excessive watering. During the maintenance period, the soil should not be too dry, but should have a certain amount of moisture and be in a slightly moist state. During the rainy season, pay attention to drainage to avoid waterlogging that may cause root rot.

2. Breeding techniques

1. Reproduction: In May and June every year, cut the sub-plants from the branches of the mother plant, insert the sub-plants into the flowerpots, add a little water to keep it semi-dry, and the sub-plants will take root after one month. Do not water too much to avoid water accumulation which may lead to root rot.

2. Repotting: Repotting should be done in spring, preferably around the Qingming Festival. When repotting, we need to replace the old soil, cut off the rotten roots, and then cultivate the plant.

3. Problem diagnosis and treatment

1. Rust: When the plant is infected with rust, rust-colored spots will appear on the leaves. It should be placed in a ventilated place and sprayed with diniconazole and ammonium chloride.

2. Pests: If it is placed in an unventilated room for a long time, it is very likely to be harmed by scale insects. We can use a small brush to drive away the bugs and use imidacloprid to kill the small bugs.

IV. Other issues

1. Is it edible? The information on King Kong Zuan shows that it is poisonous, so it is recommended not to eat it. When keeping pets at home, keep an eye on them to prevent them from chewing the plants.

2. Can it be raised at home? Although it can be raised at home, it is poisonous, so try not to raise it at home. Because there will be children at home, you need to pay more attention.
