Evergreen plants that survive winter

Evergreen plants that survive winter

1. Taxus

The yew tree has a very strong cold resistance and can withstand temperatures as low as minus 25 degrees Celsius. It is difficult to freeze to death in a normal winter, but its growth rate is very slow and requires careful care and management.

2. Ice Flower

As the name suggests, it can withstand the cold and is mostly distributed in the high-altitude mountainous areas in the north. Generally, there is no problem at a temperature of minus 8 degrees Celsius, and its growth will not be affected. It can also bloom flowers in cold climates, which are also very beautiful.

3. Holly

Holly is an evergreen plant. Because of its beautiful tree shape and lush branches and leaves, it is generally used for beautification. It has a strong resistance to cold and generally will not be frozen to death.

4. Chrysanthemum

It is also relatively cold-resistant. Generally, as long as the temperature is kept above minus 10 degrees Celsius, it is safe and can survive the winter normally. However, when caring for it at home on a daily basis, it is best to place it in a growing environment above 0 degrees Celsius and move it outdoors after it thaws.

5. Plum Blossom

Plum blossoms are also a relatively common cold-resistant plant that can tolerate temperatures of minus 10 degrees Celsius or even lower. For potted plants, they do not need to be placed indoors too early in winter.
