What does the Euphorbia gejin look like?

What does the Euphorbia gejin look like?

1. Morphological characteristics

1. Euphorbia gejin is a tree-like plant. If it grows in its native habitat, the plant can grow to about 10 meters. Its main stem is very short and thick, with a thickness of about 15 cm, and it has many branches, most of which grow upward.

2. The outer bark of the stem is dark green with 4-5 obvious ridges. The edges of the ridges are wavy, and the middle pith is mostly woody. There are many vascular bundles in the medulla, about one every 1 cm, and they look very much like ribs.

2. Growth habits

Euphorbia gejin will grow better in a warm environment. It is necessary to provide it with uniform light during its growing period. If the light time is too short or too weak, it will grow poorly. It is very afraid of waterlogging and is not cold-resistant, so you need to keep it warm during winter. It is drought tolerant to a certain extent, so don't water it too much. The temperature during cultivation should be between 15-25℃, which will be more conducive to the growth of the plants.
