How to grow dragon beard flower (detailed explanation of cultivation method)

1. Flower Pot

The dragon beard flower is relatively easy to grow and does not have high requirements for the flower pot. You can grow it in an ordinary clay pot or tile pot. If you don't have one, you can also use a plastic pot with holes at the bottom.

2. Flower soil

It does not have high requirements for flower soil. As long as it is loose flower soil with good drainage, it can be grown well. When raising it at home, it is recommended to mix leaf mold and garden soil in a 1:1 ratio as its flower soil.

3. Lighting

It likes sunlight and is slightly shade tolerant. When breeding, it should be placed in a place with good light. However, if the light is very strong, shade is needed in time.

4. Temperature

It is relatively heat-resistant, but very afraid of cold. When maintaining it, it needs to be placed in a warm environment between 20-32℃. Do not let the temperature drop below 15°C.

5. Watering

It is drought tolerant, but thrives better in moist soil. Therefore, when maintaining it, water it in time. In addition, it likes slightly humid air conditions. When maintaining it, the humidity should be controlled between 65% and 75%.

6. Fertilization

It has high requirements for flower fertilizer. During the growing season, a thin layer of fertilizer needs to be applied to help it grow and bloom. It is recommended to choose liquid fertilizer for flowers, as this type of fertilizer is more conducive to the absorption of nutrients.
