2. Watering method

1. Watering in the morning and evening: The time for daily watering of Impatiens is generally in the early morning or evening. The temperature is not high at this time, so it is easier to absorb water after watering. Do not water during the day when the sun is strong, to prevent water evaporation and the roots from absorbing enough water.

2. Spray water appropriately: Impatiens grows best in a relatively humid environment. If the air is dry, spray water appropriately. Watering is mostly done at noon. In addition to effectively cooling down, it can also increase humidity and inhibit leaf transpiration.

3. Watering after fertilizing: Water the Impatiens immediately after fertilizing it. Watering at this time can dilute the fertilizer in the soil and accelerate absorption. Avoid fertilizers that are too concentrated, which can cause root burn and poor plant growth.

4. Water quality requirements: Impatiens is more suitable for irrigation with slightly acidic water, and river water or rainwater can be used directly. Tap water needs to be left for a few days before use. It can be appropriately acidified before watering by adding a few drops of white vinegar.
