1. Soil

Its roots are not tolerant to waterlogging, so when caring for it, it is best to use soil with good drainage but sufficient nutrients. If the soil is too poor, you can add base fertilizer to the soil before planting the plants.

2. Lighting

Green plants need sufficient light to metabolize normally, and it is no exception. However, it has another requirement for light, which is that it cannot tolerate strong light. Therefore, when exposing it to light, it is sufficient to give it diffuse light, and the time should be maintained for about five hours.

3. Temperature

It is not cold-resistant, so when caring for it in autumn and winter, it is best to move it indoors for maintenance. If you maintain it outdoors, take anti-freeze measures.

4. Watering

It does not require much water because its leaves are thick and can store water. Therefore, the watering intervals can be slightly longer, and watering once or twice a week is sufficient.

5. Fertilization

It does not like fertilizer, but you cannot completely avoid fertilization. Just make sure to fertilize it once a month. During the dormant period, reduce fertilization and only fertilize once every two months.

6. Notes

The maximum temperature it can accept cannot be less than twelve degrees. When maintaining it in winter, the indoor temperature does not need to be specially adjusted. If it is maintained outdoors, the temperature must be maintained above 12 degrees.
