When does Kalanchoe bloom?

1. Flowering time

The flowering period of Kalanchoe is not so fixed as long as the conditions permit. In our country, it is generally from December to the end of May or early June of the following year. This has to do with the environment. The flowering period in South China may be over by April, but in the cool and high-altitude areas in the north, the flowering period will be delayed a lot. However, the more concentrated flowering period should be from December to May, and at the longest until June.

2. Factors affecting flowering period

The flowering time of Kalanchoe is mainly affected by temperature. Generally, if the temperature is above 24℃, the flowering period can be effectively extended as long as the high temperature can be controlled. The specific duration of the flowering period is related to the time when the local high temperature comes from.
