Cultivation method of red Da Nei Jade

Cultivation method of red Da Nei Jade

Water requirements

The red daisy does not require much water because the plant itself is very small. You can water it once a month for daily watering, but make sure to water it enough each time. If the temperature in summer reaches above 30℃, you can gradually reduce the frequency of watering until the temperature slowly drops in autumn, then resume the watering frequency.

Fertilizer requirements

Fertilization can be carried out one month after planting, but the fertilizer concentration should be light. At the same time, some fertilizer can be sprayed on the surface of the plant. At other times, you can fertilize once every three months.

Sunlight needs

In winter, it should be exposed to more sunlight. In spring and autumn, it can be kept away from the midday sun. In summer, it should be placed in a well-lit place. If there is no sunlight for a long time, it will lose its gloss.

Temperature requirements

In winter, the temperature must be above 10 degrees, otherwise they will be frostbitten at 6 degrees.

Maintenance during the peeling period

This succulent has a strange phenomenon, which is that it will peel off. The peeling time is from February to June. If you don’t want to see it peeling for a long time, then you must stop watering it during this period, otherwise it will continue to peel until the arrival of autumn.

Replacing potting soil

The soil should be changed every 3 to 4 years. It does not like frequent soil changes, so friends should not always disturb its soil during daily maintenance.
