What are the ornamental ferns?

Nephrolepis

A non-flowering fern, it is named after the fact that its sporangium clusters look like the shape of human kidneys. The leaves of the kidney fern are smooth and fluffy, and its rhizomes are upright and unbranched. It has extremely high ornamental value and is often used in landscaping.

Adiantum fanleaf

The stem of the fan-leaved fern is still upright but relatively short, with the longest stem being no more than 45 centimeters, and the leaves are shiny. It is a branch of the maidenhair fern, and because its leaves are fan-shaped, it is called the fan-leaved maidenhair fern.

Staghorn fern

The leaves continuously split into three lobes from the root to the top, shaped like deer antlers and look very elegant. The surface of the stem is covered with brown scales and is hard and upright.

Bird's Nest Fern

The leaves are emerald green and shiny, the blades are narrow and grow in clusters, the rhizomes are very short, and a whole bird's nest fern looks like a bird's nest growing on the ground.

Pteris fasciata

The average pteris fern can reach fifty to seventy centimeters in height. The stem is grass-colored, sometimes brown or brownish. The leaves are charmingly oval in shape with a smooth and shiny surface.

Pteris chinensis

The height of the black fern is very unpredictable. The tallest can reach one meter, while the shortest is only about thirty centimeters. The rhizome is also relatively short, and the leaves are very thick, but equally bright and shiny.
