Green Olive Sandalwood

The main producing area is the 1,000-acre olive orchard in Fujian. The fine varieties produced in Minhou and Minqing are sold well both at home and abroad. The fruit is small, with dark green skin and yellow flesh. It is crisp, fragrant and delicious with a sweet aftertaste.

With the development of planting and cultivation technology, green olive sandalwood is divided into four major varieties: green olive medicinal sandalwood, green olive Changying sandalwood, green olive self-sourced sandalwood, and green olive sweet sandalwood.

Among the green olive medicinal sandalwood, the olive tree species has the highest nutritional, medicinal and health-care ingredients. The most popular varieties among olive lovers include: Olive Fragrance, Three-leng, Red Heart Olive, Sweet Olive, and Three-twist Olive.

Tea Olives

It is mainly produced in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. The fruit is long and narrow, the skin is dark green with gray spots, the flesh is delicate, crisp and sweet, without any astringency. Matures in October-November.

Olive

It is mainly produced in Zengcheng, Guangdong. The fruit base is pointed, with 6 grooves and the top is flat and round. It has excellent quality, small core, thick flesh, sweet and fragrant taste, and high oil content. It is a good variety for extracting olive oil. It matures around the time of Cold Dew.

Three-party

The fruit is relatively large, with a triangular cross-section, a large and round base, a triangular pedicel with three grooves, thick flesh and average quality. It starts to mature around the "End of Heat" and is harvested around the "Autumnal Equinox", with relatively high and stable yields.
