The difference between Jiyulu and Bingdengyulu

Different body types

The plant is relatively small, with a diameter of only 3-4 cm. The middle of the plant is relatively high, and it is easy to produce side buds. It reproduces quickly and often grows into large clusters of plants.

The Ice Lantern Jade is relatively large in size, with a plant diameter of up to 7-8 cm. The middle of the plant is relatively flat, with basically no side buds. It reproduces slowly and cannot grow into clusters of plants.

Different leaves

The leaves of the Jade Plant look a little fuzzy and not so transparent. There are no burrs on the edges of the leaves, only a long hair at the top, and the dark lines extend all the way to the tip of the leaf.

The leaves of the Ice Lantern Jade are large and have no burrs on the top, but there are burrs on the edges of the leaves, and the dark lines do not extend to the top of the leaves.

Different colors

The leaves of the plant are green, and turn red when exposed to strong light.

Ice Lantern Jade Plant is generally green in color, but when exposed to strong light, its leaves will turn purple.
