Although pumpkin is a food that is very rich in nutrients, it is best not to eat it every day. It is a warm food. If you eat it every day without properly consuming some cool foods to balance it, it will cause the body to get inflamed, and this condition will continue to worsen with the continuous intake of pumpkin. In addition, eating too much pumpkin every day will cause the human body to breed a lot of moisture, which can easily induce disease, so it is best to eat it in moderation.
