Also note that aloe vera and agave are very similar, so be careful to distinguish them.

2. Don’t eat too much: Although eating aloe vera has certain benefits, you need to eat it in moderation and not eat too much at one time, otherwise it will cause vomiting and diarrhea. Each person should not eat more than 15 grams per day.

3. Cannot be eaten for a long time: Aloe vera is cold in nature and cannot be eaten for a long time, otherwise it may affect the body.

4. Pregnant women and young children cannot eat it: Pregnant women cannot eat aloe vera as it may promote uterine movement, which can lead to miscarriage in severe cases. Young children cannot eat it either as it can easily affect their bodies.

5. Incompatible foods: Aloe vera cannot be eaten with loofah, as it will cause abdominal discomfort. It also cannot be eaten with mutton or crabs.

There are many ways to eat aloe vera. You can wash it and eat it raw, or make aloe vera wine, aloe vera sauce, or aloe vera juice. You can also stir-fry it with shredded pork or make aloe vera chicken soup.
