3. Salad: Mix dragon fruit with various fruits to make fruit salad, which is also very good. Just peel it and cut it into pieces, then add chopped apples, bananas, etc., pour in appropriate amount of salad dressing, and mix it evenly.

4. Make the soup: soak the tapioca pearls in clean water for an hour, cut the dragon fruit, scoop out the flesh and cut into small pieces. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the sago and cook until it becomes transparent. Take it out and soak it in cold water to prevent it from sticking together. Boil another pot of water, pour in tapioca pearls, sugar and chopped pieces, and bring to a boil.
