Fried pork slices

Prepare soaked black fungus, fresh day lily, and pork. Slice the pork, add a little salt, cooking wine, pepper, egg white and starch, mix well and let it marinate for a while. Pinch off the tail of the day lily, and cut the wood ear and green onion into shreds. Blanch the day lily and black fungus in boiling water and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated meat slices, stir-fry until golden brown and set aside. Pour in the oil and stir-fry the chopped green onion, add the blanched black fungus and day lily, then add the meat slices. Add some Maggi and salt for seasoning, and finally thicken with starch, stir-fry evenly and serve.

Shredded Chicken with Daylily

First soak the dried day lily in water until soft, then wash and drain. Cut the chicken breast into long strips, add salt, cooking wine and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the pan, pour in the oil and add the prepared chicken breast, stir-fry until it turns slightly yellow and set aside. Pour the prepared chopped green onion and shredded ginger into the hot pan, then add the day lily and stir-fry with a little light soy sauce, then add the meat and stir-fry. Finally, add salt according to your taste.

Daylily Pork Soup

First, soak and clean the daylily. Then slice the pork, add salt, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for a while. Pour cold water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the day lily and simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes. Then pour the marinated pork into the pot and boil on high heat for a few minutes. When the meat is cooked, add a little sesame oil and a little salt to adjust the taste and it is ready to be served.

Cold

First, soak the day lily slices until soft, wash and set aside, chop the green onions into chopped green onions, smash the garlic, and cut the cucumber into shreds. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in the soaked day lily and blanch it, then remove from the water and drain. Heat the pan, pour oil and stir-fry the chopped green onion, then add soy sauce, chicken essence and salt to taste, turn off the heat and set aside. Then pour the blanched day lily, cucumber and garlic into the pot, mix well, add a few drops of sesame oil and serve.
