The high grafting method of cherry blossoms is usually performed in early spring, when the cherry blossoms are sprouting, and the cutting grafting method can be used. You can first cut the cherry branches and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration, and then graft them after the rootstock sprouts.

Choose a suitable scion and cut it into 5-6 cm branches with 2-4 buds. Choose a branch from the selected cherry tree that is similar to the scion as the rootstock. After trimming it flat, make a straight cut on the rootstock. The length of the cut should match that of the scion.

After preparing the rootstock and scion, insert the scion into the rootstock, making sure the scion and the cut are aligned. After connecting, tie it with plastic film, put on a white transparent plastic cover bag, and tie the bag opening to keep it moisturized.
