Counting the five major schools of Chinese bonsai art, awesome!

Lingnan School

Lingnan bonsai has three characteristics that are different from other schools. First, make good use of pruning without leaving traces of knife or scissors. Second, focus on the shape and selection of scenery and pots, and strive to achieve harmony between the pots and scenery. Third, the creative method is unique, learning from nature, highlighting the skills of branches and trunks, and the shaping or composition layout is derived from nature and is higher than nature.

Sichuan School

Sichuan style bonsai has very strong regional characteristics and modeling features. His landscape bonsai displays the majestic and dangerous mountains and waters of Bashu, creating a majestic landscape of high, hanging, steep and deep mountains and waters.

Supai

Su style bonsai is known for its elegance and simplicity. Twisted old branches that are decades or even hundreds of years old can be less than a foot tall when grown in small pots.

The second characteristic of Su style bonsai is its fine workmanship and delicate details, just like the southern string music, giving people a feeling of elegance, beauty, joy and smoothness.

Yang School

The Yang style of rock bonsai is mainly flat and distant, embodying the Jiangnan sentiment of "the tide is high and the two banks are wide, the wind is strong and the sails are flying".

The branches and leaves are trimmed and tied into parallel rows, with the leaves all lying flat and facing upward, like extremely thin "clouds" floating in the blue sky.

Shanghai Style

Shanghai-style bonsai is eclectic and not restricted by any program, but it places great emphasis on theme, layering and variability in layout.

During the production process, we strive to reflect the wildness of mountains and forests, attach importance to the forms of ancient trees in nature and the individuality of tree species, take advantage of the situation and give shape to objects.
