Why doesn't Anthurium grow tall?

1. Lack of light

Reason: Although Anthurium prefers partial shade, it also needs appropriate sunlight during its growth period. If it is kept in a dark room, it will not grow well and will easily not grow tall.

Solution: Place the potted plant in a sunny location so that the plant can receive sunlight every day, at least 4 hours of sunlight. After the supplementary light, it will gradually begin to grow.

2. Temperature discomfort

Reason: Suitable growth temperature is very important for plants. If the cultivation temperature is around 13℃, it will grow very slowly. If the temperature is too low, the plant will likely stop growing.

Solution: When the temperature is relatively low, you should move the plant indoors and keep it warm. When the temperature is high, you should open windows for ventilation and spray water to cool down. It is best to adjust the temperature to around 18-20℃.

3. Lack of water and fertilizer

Reason: During the cultivation period, if you do not pay attention to fertilization and watering, the plant will not absorb nutrients and water and will grow very short, that is, it will not grow tall.

Solution: Fertilize the anthurium appropriately and water it in time to ensure there is enough water and fertilizer to maintain its growth. However, the amount of fertilizer and water should be too large, small amounts and multiple times will do.
