If there is no transparent plastic cup, you can use a transparent plastic bag to cover it; then keep it in a stuffy place for about one night, and it will recover a little bit of green. You can water the plants appropriately in the evening, but not too much, otherwise the plants will easily rot due to the stuffiness.
