What to do if the leaves of Jade Tree become soft and thin

What to do if the leaves of Jade Tree become soft and thin

1. Replenish water

When growing jade plants, if you don't water them for a long time, the moisture in the leaves will evaporate and they will become dehydrated, and will become thinner and soft. You need to water it, but not too much at the first time. You need to slowly increase the amount of water until the soil returns to a slightly moist state.

2. Reasonable exposure to light

If the plant is not exposed to light for a long time during daily maintenance, or is exposed to the sun outdoors for a long time, this kind of adverse performance will occur. When the sunlight is strong, it should be properly shaded to avoid exposure to the sun. It should not be kept indoors for a long time. It should be exposed to the sun when the sunlight is weak.

3. Repotting and soil turning

After a long period of cultivation, the soil will become airtight, the roots of the plant will not be able to breathe, and the leaves will become soft and thin. It should be replaced with a flowerpot with good ventilation. If conditions permit, the soil can be replaced with new soil, or the soil can be turned over appropriately.

4. Improve ventilation

If the maintenance environment is too hot and stuffy, its leaves will become very thin and soft. At this time, you need to place it in a well-ventilated place to ensure indoor ventilation. After the plant recovers for a period of time, the leaves will get better.
